Anatomy of Movement Foundation.

Hi, I am Eli.

When I did my first (and second and third!) YTTC, anatomy was my least favorite subject. It was boring, complicated and it seemed very disconnected from yoga. But all that changed when I started teaching yoga and discovered that something was lacking… something very important.

Adjustments did not always make sense, and students asked questions I couldn’t answer. Ever since I realized this big gap in my knowledge, I committed to learn everything I possibly could about the anatomy of movement. And now, it has become my mission: to share this knowledge and teach anatomy in an easy, simple and practical way!

Is it yin or is it restorative?

  • Both styles are practiced mainly on the floor.
  • Both are done at a slow pace.
  • The poses are held for longer periods of time.

I have attended hundreds of drop-in classes- only to discover that the teacher calls it Yin Yoga but is actually teaching Restorative Yoga! Don't let this happen with you. Attend this short, free webinar with me to discuss the key differences and purpose of each style
