ARE YOU REALLY PRACTISING YIN YOGA...OR IS IT RESORATIVE ?
FIND OUT IN MY FREE WEBINAR
When I did my first (and second and third!) YTTC, anatomy was my least favorite subject. It was boring, complicated and it seemed very disconnected from yoga. But all that changed when I started teaching yoga and discovered that something was lacking… something very important.
Adjustments did not always make sense, and students asked questions I couldn’t answer. Ever since I realized this big gap in my knowledge, I committed to learn everything I possibly could about the anatomy of movement. And now, it has become my mission: to share this knowledge and teach anatomy in an easy, simple and practical way!
